Being Fruitable

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15:5 NIV)

What does it mean to produce fruit? Is it some huge Christian success that is visible to everyone? If we look at what God cares about in the Bible, each individual human heart, we know that is not the answer. Bearing fruit is when we live our lives in such a way that we touch individuals along the way as Jesus did/would. It’s when people taste of what we are made of and they taste Jesus.
