I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of you a very “Thanks Givings” November. Instead of focusing on just one day to say what we are thankful for, I would like to take this whole month to focus on Thanks Givings.
First, I thank each of you who have been reading our daily devotionals and sharing your own personal prayers, praises, and requests. May God continue to watch over each and every one of you throughout the holidays. May you continue to be thankful for His words of encouragement and His blessings. Know that He is God and He is in control.
Second, I thank God for His own special work in my life. He has blessed me with so much, and I am truly thankful for His gifts, His blessings, and His hand lifting me up when I have been down. The Josh Groban song, “You Raise Me Up” has become my theme song these last few months, and I know with God, He will raise me up. Thank you God.
Third, I thank my family for being such an intimate part of my life. My 19-year daughter still calls almost every day, even though she is so far away. She is such a solid and strong person which God has molded into a beautiful, young woman. Thank you God for Samantha.
Many Thanks Givings to you this month. Please share with us what Thanks Givings you have.
