Everything is Possible with God

Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Luke 18:27 NIV

After the story of the young rich man who walked away because he could not give up his wealth, Jesus said it was difficult for the rich to enter the kingdom of God. The disciples were amazed at what Jesus said. They thought that riches were a sign of divine favor. If the rich had a hard time, what about the poor people?

Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Jesus emphasizes God’s power and sovereignty. He highlights that things beyond human capability or understanding are achievable through God’s intervention and power. This is a reminder that even when faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles or challenges, faith in God can bring about possibilities that surpass human limitations.

This verse encourages us to trust in God’s ability to overcome obstacles and accomplish what seems impossible from a human perspective. It also underscores the importance of faith and reliance on God in the life of a Christian.
