God Hears Our Cries

The LORD hears His people when they call to Him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. (Psalms 34:17 NLT)

God hears our cries when we pray in desperation. Sometimes, we don’t get an immediate response. Be assured that God is working on the situation. This promise does not guarantee complete deliverance here; it may be heaven before we receive full deliverance from all our troubles. Yet, we can trust Him to walk with us in the valley just as He walks with us on the mountaintop. He gives us the strength to go on. Sometimes, He has to carry us through the dark times.
