He Has Your Back!

David stayed in the wilderness strongholds and in the hills of the Desert of Ziph. Day after day Saul searched for him, but God did not give David into his hands. (1 Samuel 23:14 NIV)

David was running from Saul, again. Day after grueling day, running, trying to outsmart or out think Saul. Which part of the wilderness would be a strategic move? Notice though the last part of the sentence “But God didn’t let Saul find him.”  God did not take care of David’s trial, but he did protect him in it. Was God preparing David for his upcoming service as King of Israel?  No matter what is happening in your life, God is in it with you. He may not remove what you are facing but he’s protecting you through it.
