He’s All Powerful

The LORD will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the LORD will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel. (Joel 3:16 NIV)

Just because God is good and God is love doesn’t mean he’s not all powerful. To think otherwise would be foolish. He loves us and he takes care of us but he is also mighty and fierce and will go to whatever lengths it takes to bring about his will. Just like the quote from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe “He is not a tame lion, but he is good.”
