Leaders

Whoever leads the upright along an evil path will fall into their own trap, but the blameless will receive a good inheritance. Proverbs 28:10 NIV

We often look up to leaders. Being a leader has a lot of responsibility in leading people on the right path.

Those who attempt to entice or mislead the righteous into wrongdoing will ultimately face negative consequences. This could be seen as both a moral and practical principle—morally, it’s wrong to lead others into sin, and practically, it often leads to personal downfall.

We reap what we sow. Leaders need to be careful that they live a life that is true. Followers will want to emulate them.

If you are a leader, make sure you are on the right path. The Bible is the best guide for leaders and followers. There are spiritual blessings for those who lead others on the right path of life.

… If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” Matthew 15:14 NIV
