Mango Lassi

After traveling to India one year for vacation, the mango lassi was much appreciated to soothe the mouth from the hot spices that comes with Indian food.  This recipe is a simple version of others tried.  The lassi is pretty filling by itself and makes for a great substitute for dinner.  Enjoy.

1 cup Frozen Mangoes

1 cup Vanilla Flavored Yogurt

1 cup Milk (can substitute Soy or Rice Milk for a healthier version)

Makes about 20 ounces.  Enough for a meal or to share with another.
