No Condemnation for Us

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, Romans 8:1 NIV

Jesus came to condemn sin, not sinners. When we accept Christ as our Savior through faith in Him, we commit ourselves to a life of loving obedience. Christ provides us with justification and freedom. We may have defects in our character, but though we have the heart to obey God, Jesus accepts our best efforts. He makes up for the deficiency with His own divine merit. We receive no condemnation.

As we are transformed with Christ, we can claim freedom from condemnation. His saving faith brings us reconciliation and justification.
