Repent… Revelation 2:16 NKJV

What does it mean to repent?

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, Acts 3:19 NKJV

Repent means to make a change. Make a change and turn to God.

Notice that Jesus hates the deeds of the Nicolaitans in Ephesus and their doctrine in Pergamum.  He doesn’t hate sinners.  He hates the sin.  All through the Old Testament and New Testament Jesus is calling for repentance, return to Him and believe.  He is still calling us today to give up the world and turn to Him. He has so much more to offer us than the world’s temporary pleasures.
