Praying for Others

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. James 5:16 NLT

For our prayers to be effective, we must first confess our sins so that there is nothing standing in the way between us and God. Prayer does not depend on talent, or position in the church. Prayer depends on our character and our relationship with God. Even a person who is weak in faith can pray. Through praying for others, our faith gets stronger. Our relationship with God gets stronger. We each can have the power that prayer brings as we pray for each other.
