Prison Ministry

Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. Hebrews 13:3 NIV

The early Christians were persecuted and put into prison. The author of Hebrews encouraged the people to pray for those in prison.  They themselves may be in prison and would like to have people praying for them.

Today, there are many Christians around the world who are being persecuted and in prison for their faith. They would appreciate our prayers.

It is amazing that the only way God has reached hardened criminals is through prison. Prison ministries have helped many prisoners turn their lives around by introducing them to Jesus. Consider praying for your local prison ministries and helping them where you can.
