Show Your Love for God by Caring for Others

Who is like the LORD our God, the One who sits enthroned on high, who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth? He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people. (Psalms 113:5-8 NIV)

There are about 795 million people who are undernourished globally.  It has improved over the last 20 years because of people in many different ministries and organizations have reached out to help.  Still 795 million people are not getting enough food to eat to sustain life.  Many are children.  God cares for each of these people.  He needs our help.  We can help by giving time and food to food kitchens, organize lunches for the homeless, etc.  In Orlando, Florida there is an organization that provides lunch every day for the homeless.  A number of churches in the area take turns helping out by providing food and time to prepare and serve the food.  Look around and see where you can help.  Show your love for God by caring for others.
