Before Jeremiah was born, God had ordained him to be a prophet. Each of us has an assigned place in God’s plan. It does not matter if we are young or old. If we follow God’s call for service, He will equip us and give us the strength to do the assignment He has given to us. The problem is we don’t always feel qualified. We don’t have the training. If we step forward like the Israelites did in crossing the Jordan River, we will receive what we need to accomplish the task. God does not call the qualified. He qualifies the called.
