What Do You Trust In?

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. (Psalms 20:7 NIV)

Back in the day, the chariot and horses were the new warfare technology.  If a nation could afford these, they were sure to win in battle against other poorer nations.  Today, examples of this would be our stealth fighters or drones. Personally, we might equate our bank accounts, our fancy new cars, or our jobs with a big title. These things give us a false sense of security. The only thing we should put our trust in is the Lord, our God.  None of these things hold a candle to Him.
