You Are My Witness

“You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. (Isaiah 43:10 NIV)

God says “You are my witness.” He didn’t say go witness. He said “be” a witness. There is a difference between being a witness and doing witnessing as a job.  Many times people witness and don’t reflect God at all.  As a matter of fact, they may hurt His image. God said to be a witness you need to know Him, believe in Him and understand that he is God.  He said to remember Him in your life, how He’s loved you and helped you. Being a witness doesn’t require you to do anything but share. Share what God has done in your life and what He means to you. That’s it.
